Outdated facilities and decor felt disappointing compared to modern expectations!!! Missing basic features like ice machines.

It was newly renovated, large and with queen beds.

The hotel offers croissants, cheese and coffee for English breakfast. The rooms are well-kept and beautifully presented with comfortable beds and safe. The location is central, just next door to the resteraunt, the downtown and great restaurants...

The king-size bed was comfortable. The room had empty shampoo dispensers.

Charge twice payment, and when I compain there is no one answer me juat tansfer call to one the anther one!!! Really bad sevice! Now what I only can do is just write here!!!!

Room on the small side. Air conditioning in the bar is too cold.

It is really worthy at the price including breakfast. Location is really good, right in the city centre. As Bath is such small, you could easily walk to all these attractions. -Breakfast included is typical English breakfast, which offers many choices. -Rooms are very clean, not luxurious but quite comfortable much like business hotel. Will definitely stay there any other time in Bath.

Have spent our 2 nights here lovely, it was ideal for our purposes. The location was perfect and brilliant - just 5 minutes' walk from The Circus. We were so impressed with friendly service that would stay here again.

The location was spot on! Just a stroll to the Roman baths and major sights. The breakfast spread was yum with fresh pastries and coffee. Too bad the shower pressure was low, though. 😅

Looks like the planners got this wrong. Resturant and furnirure wants a serious make over, also the view out of the window may be quiet nice. But not if you look at the hotel building itself its dirty very dirty.

Ended up paying £15.00 as instructed by reception for parking on arrival. Next day given 10 minutes from leaving reception to remove car from car park took 12 minutes so cost me another £15.00. Well upset with the arrogance by reception girls had difficulty understanding them. Would never visit this hotel again

The room had air conditioning, a tv, and a tea/coffee maker. Loved the seating area and sofa bed for extra comfort. The fitness center was a nice touch, too. Breakfast had freshly baked pastries and a range of organic juices. The staff were super accommodating with special dietary needs.

Location. Car parking validated up to 8pm of following day-meant we stayed longer to look around Bath. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean and modern.Comfy bed. Quick check in.Very helpful staff.

The room was very warm. No air con and could only open the window a small amount. Could hear noisy people coming into their room through the night - not enough sound proofing. Could hear seagulls screeching outside which kept us awake.
